WIWW: Pink, Rosettes and a Midi

I´m going totally spring in my oufit today. Pastel and florals in one subtle mix, yey!

You may have noticed that I´m on a style rut lately ( I can´t seem to stop wearing the pants and top combo) and so I pulled out this floral skirt and debuted it for the first time here in the blog.

I´m a bit wary of  wearing midi skirts because I´m very short but with a little help from my trusty nude heels, problem´s solved though I still look like a floral stub, hahaha! The pink knitted top( which you´ve already seen from Monday´s post last week) and this skirt are part of my giant loot from the winter sales. You see, I have low EQ when it comes to sales shopping and it gets worse when the sales season gets extended for one to two months. So everytime I window shop, I can´t help but pick one or two pieces on my way out from the store especially if the prices gets lower and lower every week. Bad, bad hobby but I´m sure I´m not the only one who´s a sale hoarder here. *wink.. wink*

That skirt is gorgeous and I love how you softened it up even more with the Ivory top. I agree with Tracy you look so tall, elegant and slim. =)

The first time I went to Paris was in early spring. It was raining and gloomy but that didn´t stop me from falling in love with this romantic city. Monday Remix: Winter White and Teal

Hi, y´all! So here I am again, posing in front of my kitchen door. My photographer aka the hub z  isn´t available today and so I´m back shooting in my kitchen(again), I hope you don´t mind! ;) Here´s another winter white version with an ivory top which you´ve already seen me wear here in the blog and my favorite white pants. The furry clutch in teal is another recent addition to my growing clutch collection which doesn´t seem to stop, ooops ! I would like to call this as my winter farewell outfit although technically spring starts on the 3rd week of  March and snow´s coming this week. ;) top and clutch - Zara, pants- Pimkie, shoes- local store I´ve worn the top here: And the pants here: and with this black/white Mango sweater which accidentaly went into the hubby´s church donation pile early last year. Cheesecake, anyone?

shirt dress converted to top - Zara ( from the sales last year) Lately, I´ve discovered that the extra pounds that I´ve unconsciously piled over the past years have finally settled comfortably on my face. I´m going to hide my face for now. ;) Do you have a wgi (weight gain indicator and I made this up)  in your body? I do and it´s my face (aside from the muffin top). hehe!;) earrings - bazaar (Phils.) I love shirt dresses. They´re loose and they basically hide anything that you wanted to hide. Know what I mean? ;) One bad thing about this particular dress shirt though is the fit. It´s too loose, a bit short and it doesn´t look good with my mini ... and so a lot of rolling and folding was done to achieve the  laid back look that I wanted to create . That´s me rolling and folding below. ;) I´m just kidding about hiding my face. Here it is... and yes, my face is so healthy, no? :) Say hello to the weight gain culprit ! My guilt...
