WIWW: Cool Colors

Hi, guys!

Sorry, I was gone again. Somebody in the family died last week and I felt that it was inappropriate to post nice and happy things when you´re actually feeling sad. So I had  to step out from the blog for a while and attend to the real world. Anyway, I´m back.

Today, I´m experimenting with mixing cool colors together but paired them with a white and blue dotted print to make the whole look more interesting. I´ve noticed that silver looks great with dark blue and that pointed toe pumps are REALLY leg lengthening. And now I´m ready to hear your ¨I told you so! ¨. ;)

And just so you´ll know, here´s my first combination, it´s just that I don´t really like how the cross pattern of my shoes cuts my legs so I wore pumps instead and changed my clutch. :)

Hey Cheryl! Great to see you back. I love that we are thinking alike. Well there is no evidence of that other than being able to have many black and white outfits in my head. That is all that I'm able to do as of the past week, but I am getting better. There may just be a new photo shoot on Monday, hint-hint. (now don't hold your breath cuz I did declare that other blogs a week ago, so we shall see) And I did notice you changed clutches and shoes, you sneak.

The first time I went to Paris was in early spring. It was raining and gloomy but that didn´t stop me from falling in love with this romantic city. Here are some things to do and places to visit when you´re in Pa-gheee . ;) 1, 2, 3: Get lost inside le Louvre,  pass by   Mona Lisa´s room and get mesmerized by her coy smile and if you like ancient jewelry, be enthralled by the museum´s jewelry collection. Monday Remix: Winter White and Teal

Hi, y´all! So here I am again, posing in front of my kitchen door. My photographer aka the hub z  isn´t available today and so I´m back shooting in my kitchen(again), I hope you don´t mind! ;) Here´s another winter white version with an ivory top which you´ve already seen me wear here in the blog and my favorite white pants. The furry clutch in teal is another recent addition to my growing clutch collection which doesn´t seem to stop, ooops ! I would like to call this as my winter farewell outfit although technically spring starts on the 3rd week of  March and snow´s coming this week. ;) top and clutch - Zara, pants- Pimkie, shoes- local store I´ve worn the top here: And the pants here: and with this black/white Mango sweater which accidentaly went into the hubby´s church donation pile early last year. Cheesecake, anyone?

shirt dress converted to top - Zara ( from the sales last year) Lately, I´ve discovered that the extra pounds that I´ve unconsciously piled over the past years have finally settled comfortably on my face. I´m going to hide my face for now. ;) Do you have a wgi (weight gain indicator and I made this up)  in your body? I do and it´s my face (aside from the muffin top). hehe!;) earrings - bazaar (Phils.) I love shirt dresses. They´re loose and they basically hide anything that you wanted to hide. Know what I mean? ;) One bad thing about this particular dress shirt though is the fit. It´s too loose, a bit short and it doesn´t look good with my mini ... and so a lot of rolling and folding was done to achieve the  laid back look that I wanted to create . That´s me rolling and folding below. ;) I´m just kidding about hiding my face. Here it is... and yes, my face is so healthy, no? :) Say hello to the weight gain culprit ! My guilt...
