The Balenciaga Series 3

So here´s the bridal edition of the Balenciaga series. All of these gowns are vintage and can be found at the Cristóbal Balenciaga Museoa en Getaria, Spain.

Enjoy the photos, dahlings! ;)

The first gown´s silhouette reminds me of the Duchess of Cambridge´s wedding gown which was based on Princess Grace´s gown too.

The second one is much simpler. The perfect canvass for your eye catching bling on your wedding day. :)

This one has all the bling sewn on it and so a perfect pair of stud earrings will do and a small discrete tiara, perhaps?

This last gown is very special because it was worn by Queen Fabiola ( she´s Spanish) of Belgium when she got married. The gown´s lined in mink, perfect for a winter wedding which was held in December by the way. Simple but so chic, no? ;)

Now that you have some ideas for your gown when you get married, would you prefer the demure type or the sexy type? Lots of beads or would you like to glide towards the altar dressed in a plain but luxurios and flowy silk/satin gown but with lots of bling? ;)

Til next post.

xoxo,

Che

PS: All of the gowns are in pristine condition. The yellowish tint that you´re seeing on the gowns is a result of my poor photoshop skills to enhance the photo. Just sayin´ unless you wonder. ;)
