Dressing Up For Me

Good morning, dahlings ! :) I´m wearing orange today just in time for the Halloween season which is just around the corner. Although I won´t be going around town wearing a scary costume this weekend, I think a pumpkin colored top and loafers will do. Right? ;) Anyway, come fall/ autmn I usually take this colored body bag out. It´s teal, mustard, purple colored ikat print that would be perfect for some casual mixing and matching until winter comes. You might have seen this crossbody bag a lot of times here in the blog, it´s a favorite of mine, actually! Anyway, I wore this pumpkin and crossbody bag combination while visiting an ancient salt marsh two months ago. Yes, these pics have been ¨curating¨ that long in my draft folder and I owe you BIG TIME ( as usual, hahaha!)  about that trip because it´s very interesting. It´ll come soon, promise! You might have noticed that I´ve stopped posting travel posts on Fridays. So sorry for that, my student life´s so hectic nowadays ...

Happy Wednesday, world! I´ve been telling you about this a lot these days  but this year has really been weird weather-wise. It´s still summer in here although fall is in full swing ( just look at the trees on my back) . I´m not complaining though because I´m not yet ready for the super cold days yet. As for what I wore, I shopped in my closet. These are my summer basics which I love to mix ad match over and over again even in fall. Good morning, peeps! How did your wekend go? Mine was summery, for  realz ! I mean, the temperature´s really gone  loco  this season. Just when I was starting to wear tights and a thicker jacket, suddenly the weather changed her mind again and we´re having 26 ºC over the weekend. Really weird but I´m loving it though.  This was my outfit a few days ago. I think my student life has totally changed my dressing style from better to worse, hahaha! So to redeem my super casual outfit, I decided to colorblock my pink ish   top with a purple tote. Happy wild haired  windy Wednesday, luvs ! ;) The weather´s been going hot and cold(literally) these past days and though I stll can wear skirts, I had to wear tights with it too. Looks like the barelegged days has finally ended for this gal . ;) Anyway, I found this printed ¨strips¨ of a skirt at the tail end of the summer sales and thought this could make a great autumn outift because of it´s print. Leopard is hot nowadays but I prefer tiger, lol! ;) I paired it with  a marbled gray knitted jacket for some subtle mix printing and a peachy colored metallic clutch for some cutesy factor on the whole look. So what do you think? And because I´m a funny girl, here´s one last shot of my wild hair before I go. So fierce, no? Good morning, darlings! And so I left again without saying a word, hahaha! Pardon the almost weeklong absence, I didn´t know that going back to school would take almost all of my blogging time. I´m practically swamped  with research and article writing assignments in almost all of my subjects and exams are coming too. I even had one last Friday! Gosh, I didn´t know that I would be studying this hard since my Chemistry Licensure Examination a million years ago, lol. So if you´ll find me gone again, you would know why. ;) Anyway, I´ve been starting to air out my favorite colored pants for my autumn outfits. You might have already seen this printed pair in a number of my posts and this time I paired it with an ivory colored cropped sweater and a white button down. The embroidered anchor on the sweater´s so cute not to take home and besides, it was 50% off, a too good of a deal, no? The weather´s still mild in here to wear thick sweaters/coats and so I make do with light layer...

Good morning peeps! :) There´s no denying that fall has finally landed on our doorsteps although I´m still in a state of denial because I still want to wear sandals from day to night. Yup, that´s a reduntant use of the word ¨deny¨ because that´s how much I want summer to stay in this side of town, lol. anyway, since I can´t  go barelegged anymore, I opt for the other fashionable alternative, wear light but dark printed pants. top - Mango, pants and sandals - Zara, bag - Bimba&Lola, necklace - Stradivarius I wore this outfit on a day trip to Burgos(Spain) two Saturdays ago. It´s the perfect way to debut my colored pendant necklace too which fortunately matched with my pants. Hello, world! :) I´m still busy with schoolwork nowadays and so here´s a short post for you today. When I get lazy, I always go for my tried and tested monochrome look, this time with a silk blue top and a pleated skor t( yes, it´s also a pair of shorts aside from looking like a skirt!) Just add an eyecatching clutch( I used a leopard printed clutch) and colorful jewelry and you´re good to go. As for this pair of shoes, it´s quite tricky to walk on this for a flats- wearing girl like me but I managed to sashay without embarrassing myself for more than an hour. Not bad at all, not bad.
