Anything Goes Monday: Spring Accessories
Helloooo!
So how´s Easter Sunday? Have you found your colored eggs and eaten your choco bunny? ;) Anyway, now that spring´s rolling although it´s still snowing in other places, I bet you´re ready to break out your best spring look. If you´re ready to rock the pastel colored pants, skirts and top and those dainty floral dresses, what about your accessories? Here are some of my basics:
1. Statement necklace
The weather´s getting warmer. It´s time to expose your neck, people! For those who still haven´t bought one, where were you? Just kidding! It´s time to buy one, you can start cheap with this ¨fish bone necklace¨ and then if you´re good with it, go with the beaded and heavier ones. ;)
2. Scarf
If you don´t want a statement necklace ( I don´t blame you, it can be quite heavy on your neck especially if you wear it the whole day,lol!), here´s another alternative, a scarf. It has a dual function, it can cover as a necklace, hence, prettifies the neckline and is perfect for those cold windy days especially in the evening when the temperature suddenly drops. As promised, here´s the close-up of the scarf that I wore with the casual outfit that I posted last Wednesday. Isn´t it pretty? My MIL really has good taste. ;)
3. Floral shoes
Since spring is first and foremost about blooming flowers, wear floral shoes!
4. Trendy Shoes
And if floral shoes isn´t your cup of tea, go trendy instead! I bought this two-tone pair in black and white last autumn to wear in spring, et voila, this color combo is suddenly so hot right now!
5. Nude Bag
Mine´s huge, I know. I got this from my secret Santa last Christmas and I love it! I´m going to use this as a travel bag to store my jacket and scarf ( and even a hat!) together with everything. By that I mean my wallet, phone, sunblock, keys, gum, lipstick, umbrella, etc.You know the drill, big bag carriers!. ;)
