Hi, everyone!!! Pardon the blog silence, school season´s started so this gal has to prioritize her time between home duties and school duties and the blog just sort of got left out, oooops. Anyway, here are some dressing room pics, the first two were my ootd on my first day to school: l eopard top(old) - new Yorker, slip-ons( on sale )- Massimo Dutti, bag - Furla I dropped by the mall last weekend  to do my weekly grocery shopping and while waiting for the hub z,  I found this delectable tunic/ shirt dress from Bershka. This is so me nowadays! :) printed denim tunic - Bershka I would have loved to take this home with me but, there´s a defect on one of the snap buttons and so I had to let it go. I also love this chambray shirt but I think it´s a tad small for me and the next size was already sold out, huhuhu . It´s too bad because the above items were 50% off. I walked out with a heavy heart but my wallet´s grinning from ear to ear, hahaha! frayed chamb...

Good morning, dears! How´s your week so far? Here´s another summer trend which I´m playing catch up just before it bids adieu, the eyelet/ see- through lace trend: Nothing looks cleaner and fresher than an all white look, no? As with the maxi skirts, I´m a bit weary wearing one so much so that I paired it with a pair of flat sandals but I liked how it looked on me in the end. Probably because the top´s short which resulted to an almost perfect symmetry with skirt. A red clutch was added to break the all white palette. Hello, world! I´m trying to squeeze in  a number of summery looks just before  summer ends and before I do my mid-year closet cleaning for fall/autmn and winter. What better way to do it than do a nude/neutral palette while the sun´s still up and shining! Still adopting the minimalist philiosphy, I remixed a two year old pair of hot pink slacks/chinos with a knitted top and sandals for a very laid back look while strolling around my city´s old quarters and sampling different kinds of traditional pies, cheeses and dry sausages because it´s the 1st Saturday of the month last weekend. top- Zara, trouser pants(old)_ H&M, sandals- Primark, bag- Bimba y Lola Graffitis are great backdrops for outfit photos, it´s timely that we found this wall while taking a walk in here. Hi, all! Here´s another what- I-wore/ summer look when we stayed at the Pyrenees-Catalan region of Spain. It was a rainy day, cool but not cold and so a denim jacket was a must. I missed wearing something floral and since I´ve been wearing nothing but chambray and solid colors these past months. Good morning all! I´m finally back from my almost a month long summer vacation. It was tiring, very hot except for the last week which was rainy but it was worth it. This also explains my blogging silence these past days. ;) Here are some what I wore pics in one of my trips. Pardon the photo quality, I had to crop most of these because these were taken at a very far distance.  I have totally embraced the minimalist dressing philosophy in my life and I´m so happy with it. It´s so comfy, no fuss, easy to wear and combine and with clean lines, things that I always look for in every outfit that I wear to fit my very casual and laid back lifestyle. Since our vacation involves lots of walking under the very hot sun, a comfortable pair of shoes is a must. These sandals never failed me and not even a blister on it´s first wear! I know, I owe you lots of travel posts/stories but since real life´s making me busy right now, here´s a little peek of what´s to come in my future travel posts, the ¨Elda Footwear Museum¨. Below are just some snippets of the collection from the Grecian and Roman age to the 60s and 70s: to different styles of shoes like clogs and rows and rows of other types of shoes for men, women and children: Elda also has a booming shoe and bag industry and as a Christmas gift ( yep, this trip was done last Xmas 2014, lol!)  from the hub z to me , I bought  a ¨trapeze like¨ bag in calfskin leather and suede.
