So here are the first set of travel photos from my Andalusian trip two weeks ago. Our travel itinerary usually goes like this: museums-> sights -> malls, in that order and so on our second day in Malaga, we stopped first at the Centro de Arte Contemporáneo(Center of  Contemporary Arts) before seeing other things. I liked the exhibits the first time I was here in 2012, they´re fresh, colorful, moden and the themes were always provocative but in a very good way. They also show vignettes from local newspapers which are both funny but true! Here are some pics which we took:

Here´s something to think about confronting the future loosely translated as: ¨If we can´t change the horizon, let us change our viewpoint/outlook¨.

And this set of paintings speak volumes and is very thought provoking, I´ll leave this to you for your own interpretation. ;)

We all know that contemporary art is engaging, overwhelming and just different from the classics and so I had this painting taken with me:

And here´s what happened after I leaned on the wall for the photo:

One of the museum guides approached us and told me that yes, we can take photos but I shouldn´t lean on the wall and so I said, ¨Ah, okay!¨ The hubby found my reaction so funny that he took a candid shot of it. So there goes my funny and surprised face, hahaha!

So what do you usually do when you visit a place, do you visit museums too? ;) More travel anecdotes coming soon. Thanks for visiting my blog and enjoy your weekend!

Love, love,

Che

I always like to go to museums of contemporary art, I feel like I get more out of it than seeing 'classic' art works. Well, it depends on the artist too... But museums are definitely on the list wherever I go. And science museums too, I especially like them if the have exhibits that are more hands on, I'm like a kid, I wanna try everything myself.:) But that horizon quote is perfect, I love that piece!
i like your bag so much and your shoes...

Love your studded bag! Looks like a fun museum to spend time in too, the last photo made me giggle :)

Away From Blue
That open neutral cardigan looks awesome with brown and mustard. I included a similar one in my 30 for 30 challenge and I am wearing it IRL today (will be posting an Outfit with it, sometime this week). Nice museum, too.
